What is climate control storage?
Climate control storage units keep your items in a constant temperature and humidity controlled environment.

How can I use my storage unit?
Our storage units are for all types of users! It can be an extension of your home to store items such as furniture, clothes, electronics, toys, seasonal decorations, sports equipment, etc. As a business owner, you can use it to store your inventory, filing/records, or de-clutter your office.

Do I have to use all three components (storage, office, and shipping) of the Center?
Each of the three uses are designed to function independently, or with each other, so that you can use one, two, or all three.

Are there any items that are prohibited from storing?
Yes, these items include: perishables, explosives, ammunition/firearms, flammable liquids and fuels, motor and recreational vehicles, toxic materials, medical items, illegal or stolen items, wet items, and any animals or plants – alive or dead.

What size storage units are available?
We have units ranging from 5×5 (25 square feet) to 10×30 (300 square feet).

How long is the lease term?
All our leases are month-to-month to offer you the most flexibility.

Do I need insurance for my stored items?
Yes, a standard policy covering up to a $1,000 value is included in your monthly rental amount. Additional coverage can be purchased.

How do I pay my bill?
You can pay your bill through our online portal or stop by our office to pay via money order, check, or credit card.

How do I access my storage unit?
You will have keyless access to the storage area.

Can I buy boxes and other packing products at the Center?
Absolutely! You can purchase all those things onsite.


What is the difference between a dedicated desk and private office?
Each dedicated desk is in an enclosed, lockable office space that is shared with seven other people. This is your personal desk to use and keep your personal belongings on. The private offices are your personal, fully enclosed, lockable space.

Do I have to use all three components (storage, office, and shipping) of the Center?
Each of the three uses are designed to function independently or with each other, so that you could use one, two, or all three.

How many people can work out of my office?
That depends on the size of your office. Our staff will assist you with finding the right size office that fits your needs.

What if I outgrow my office?
Our staff will assist with transferring you to another office within the E-Commerce Center. This allows your company to grow without changing your mailing or physical address.

Can I bring my own furniture to my private office?
Absolutely! You can choose to use our furniture with yours or we can remove our furniture for you to use only yours.

What is a phone booth?
A cozy room with a chair and counter to make private calls.
